is determined after a system has shipped that you are an existing
DIRECTV customer a $200 fee will be charged to your credit card.

INSTALLTION & ACTIVATION REQUIREMENT:
By
ordering a satellite system from at below cost
you agree to install and activate your system within 30 days of
receiving it. This requirement applies to each receiver in the
system. If you purchase a 2 receiver system BOTH of them must be
installed and activated within the 30 day period. If the system is
not activated within 30 days of receipt, a $200 non-activation fee
(per receiver) will be charged to the credit card used to place the
order (refundable upon installation and activation, or return of
system)
PROGRAMMING REQUIREMENT
To qualify for
the Free DIRECTV System you agree to maintain a
programming package of Total Choice ($31.99/month) or higher for a
minimum of 3 consecutive months. If this programming
requirement is not met a $200 cancellation penalty will
apply.
IF IT IS DETERMINED AFTER YOUR SYSTEM IS SHIPPED AND ACTIVATED
THAT YOU WERE AN EXISTING OR PAST DIRECTV CUSTOMER, YOUR CREDIT CARD
WILL BE CHARGED $200.00
